Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in financial analysis and client servicing experience, or commercial lending or leasing experience.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and sales skills to develop client relationships and a partner network.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; highly adaptable to change.
• Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.

Responsibilities

• Develops new relationships and identifies prospects and builds the marketing strategy for clients.
• Manages complex wealth management banking, credit and treasury relationships and identifies cross-selling opportunities.
• Structures and negotiates complex loan/lease agreements according to policy and committee guidelines.
• Analyses and negotiates loan terms (rates, swaps) according to policy; oversees financing documentation.
• Advises clients on Goals Driven Wealth Management and provides in-depth consulting to teams and partners.
• Leads cross-functional teams; develops and executes strategic programs within functional areas.
