Accenture is seeking a Banking Management Consulting Manager to lead transformations at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and operations. You will guide teams delivering AI-powered use cases and data-driven roadmaps for retail banking, aligning business goals with technology outcomes.

You will manage client engagements, nurture trusted relationships, and accelerate change across digital channels, AI, and cloud-native architectures.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience across management consulting, lending, or core banking.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bonus: AI use case deployment or building AI agents for banking workflows.
• Experience with generative AI solutions and prompt engineering.
• Experience with channel modernization/ transformation (branch, contact center, digital).
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and data governance frameworks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to innovate beyond traditional consulting approaches.
• Proficiency in visual storytelling tools (PowerPoint, data visualization).
