Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years related experience in retail, customer service and/or financial services with supervisory/leadership/coaching.
• Strong financial analysis and strategic thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, leads and contributes to growth and profitability of the Consumer Business through store management.
• Leads, coaches and motivates the Store team to deliver a legendary Employee and Customer Experience while meeting shareholder value.
• Oversees growth by deepening customer relationships and referring to Specialists.
• Manages the service and advice team to improve customer experience and financial confidence.
• Acts as escalation point within the store for customer and partner issues and ensures risk controls.
