Job summary

TD seeks a Store Manager III to lead a large TD Bank consumer and small business banking team in a busy retail store environment. This role focuses on growing deposits, loans, and fees while delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving shareholder value.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching staff, managing multiple locations if needed, guiding risk-aware decision making, and ensuring store operations comply with policies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years related experience required (retail, customer service and/or financial services industries).
• 5+ years experience of proven business development skills.
• 5+ years of proven leadership and coaching experience required.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience required.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and services as well as an understanding of Store operations and security.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and align efforts to store goals.
• Future focused, foresees gaps and trends across a specialized area.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches and motivates the Store team to deliver a legendary Employee and Customer Experience.
• Responsible for the Store growth by deepening customer relationships and referring to specialists.
• Oversees management of a large store and team per U.S. TD Bank criteria.
• Originates loan applications and conducts loan closings.
• Maintains an active NMLS registration status.
• Acts as escalation point for issues from customers and partners.
