Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and cashier's checks.
• Open new accounts and perform maintenance on the Bank’s platform including debit card issuance and KYC requirements.
• Review customers account activity to ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act.
• Provide teller and platform-based transactions and support mobile, online banking and digital solutions.
• Educate customers on consumer and small business products.
