Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years experience in Software application development and maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED and 10+ years experience in Software application development and maintenance.
• Preferred Area of Study: Computer Science.
• Preferred Area of Experience: Debit and Credit Cards experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead team efforts to evaluate and improve department systems, processes, and applications.
• Provide technical support to production systems and resolve complex issues to ensure functionality for end users.
• Mentor and train associates within the work group; participate in special projects as needed.
• Collect data related to user requests, assess scope and time estimates, and review impact on system.
• Support 24/7 on-call rotations
