• Senior level may require additional qualifications for Branch Manager II.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Manage performance and personnel functions and coach associates.
• Sales: Achieve individual and team financial, production and relationship goals through proactive outreach.
• Operations: Ensure regulatory compliance, process excellence and branch efficiency.
• Community engagement: Represent the Bank at events to generate business and CRA opportunities.
• Deliver financial guidance and services aligned to customer needs.
