Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years bank operations and sales experience required.
• Notary license preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as a team.
• Extensive knowledge of Bank deposit products and services.
• Knowledge of small business and consumer credit principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive deposit services to individuals, fiduciary, and small businesses in a Retail branch.
• Open and close customer accounts including checking, savings, money markets, CDs, and IRAs.
• Assist customers with account reconcilement, online/mobile banking, and complex account issues.
• Promote banking products and services to meet customer needs.
• Maintain cash balance and process teller transactions and security procedures.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and bank policies; participate in audits and compliance tasks.
