Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and deepen customer relationships.
• Handle sales and service transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote USB products and services through branch sales/service processes.
• Assist customers in meeting financial goals with suggested solutions.
• Cross-sell and close on sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of USB products and services.
• Support branch and market sales initiatives and promotions.
• Exceed individual and branch goals in sales and service.
• Source and facilitate Bank at Work opportunities.
• Onboard new customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Network and participate in community events to deepen relationships.
• Coach and develop team members as needed.
• Provide customer confidentiality and privacy in all interactions.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, checks and money orders.
• Monitor and ensure compliance in branch operations.
