• Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of contracts (e.g., vendor, software, SaaS, banking programs).
• Draft and review corporate policies including compliance, governance and data security policies.
• Assist in litigation management with internal and outside counsel and board reporting.
• Support Compliance in regulatory inquiries and investigations.
• Provide legal counsel on regulatory requirements and governance matters.
