Qualifications

• Experience serving as a senior legal advisor and strategic business partner for a regulated financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary legal leadership on complex banking regulatory matters and enforcement risk.
• Develop and execute regulatory strategy, examinations, inquiries, and regulator-facing communications.
• Lead outside counsel strategy, budgeting, and engagement on material banking disputes and investigations.
• Draft and negotiate high-impact banking contracts, disclosures, and governance documents.
• Advise executives on product development, information security, privacy, and vendor risk controls.
