EY is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Banking Platforms in Dallas or Alpharetta. You will lead requirements elicitation, document processes, and translate business needs into platform requirements across the banking domain.

You’ll collaborate with product owners, vendors, architects, developers, testers, data teams, and client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. Ideal candidates have hands-on banking platform experience, strong business analysis skills, and a solid

Qualifications

Hands-on banking platform implementation, migration, or integration experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience creating business requirements, functional specs, and test artifacts.
Experience supporting SIT/UAT, defect triage, and production implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation and analysis for banking platform projects.
Document current-state and future-state processes and requirements.
Translate requirements into functional specifications for platform, engineering, and testing teams.
Perform fit-gap analysis and ensure traceability to business objectives.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to templates and best practices.
