The Business Development Executive is a quota‑carrying role, focused on establishing Referral and/or Program Management partnerships with Financial Institutions. The person is an integral part of the Merchant Solutions for Financial Institutions (MSFI) team. You will create relationships and negotiate partnerships with both regional and national banks across various internal and FI roles. Ideally, you have a proven track record of success working for or with FIs with a payment, software or technology background.
The pay range for this full‑time position is $136,600.00 – $225,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
