Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Sr Banking Operations Analyst to deliver exceptional client service and operational support across consumer, commercial, and business banking products. You will own onboarding, case management, escalation handling, and regulatory adherence to ensure seamless client experiences.

The role requires understanding client organizations, priorities, culture, and operating models to leverage Texas Capital’s products, adding value continuously.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years in financial services with knowledge of consumer and treasury products.
• Strong understanding of applicable banking laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to deliver training and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients across multiple channels.
• Lead onboarding and maintenance activities for new and existing clients.
• Manage high-volume case work and timely resolutions.
• Be SME for consumer and non-treasury products and systems.
• Monitor alerts, triage, escalate, and communicate resolutions.
• Collaborate with LOB Managers to facilitate client needs and process improvements.
• Maintain awareness of risk and ensure compliance with banking policies.
• Analyze metrics and report performance trends for QA and improvements.
• Mentor and support team members with training and procedures.
• Occasionally travel for client meetings and reviews.
