Columbia Bank is seeking a Senior Enablement Copywriter to craft compelling, compliant copy across emails, web, print, and social media. You’ll partner with marketing, product, and compliance to deliver on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will write and edit to elevate Columbia Bank’s distinctive brand for commercial banking, coach others when needed, and manage workflows in Wrike.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of copywriting in a fast-paced, detail-oriented business environment.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy aligned with brand voice.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling copy for emails, web, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, project management and compliance teams.
• Ensure content complies with industry regulations and brand standards.
• Update copy production workflow status using Wrike or similar tools.
