Rockland Trust is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to provide strategic legal counsel on corporate law matters and banking regulations. This role partners with executive leadership and delivers solutions-oriented legal guidance while supporting the bank's mission as a community bank.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor, be licensed in Massachusetts, and possess 8+ years of experience in banking or a regulated field. The position includes competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Securities Laws and banking regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
