First Horizon Bank is seeking an experienced Banking Center Manager to oversee sales, production, profitability and regulatory compliance for a banking center. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, leading a retail team, and driving One Team partnerships with key clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Background check for SAFÉ Mortgage Licensing Act compliance and related regulations; ongoing employment contingent upon meeting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and manage banking center team to ensure all strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Promote a positive work culture by increasing and supporting associate engagement.
• Represent the company in a professional manner, including involvement in the local market/community.
• Implement and coach advice driven sales process; provide one-on-one coaching and recognize sales activities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base; lead and promote One Team partnerships.
• Business development of the market area through proactive sales calls, networking and local activities to achieve goals.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing Retail banking center team; provide regular coaching and performance evaluations; foster collaboration and growth.
• Collaborate with market operations to ensure regulatory compliance, risk controls and ethics; train associates accordingly.
• Lead operational excellence; monitor metrics and address operational concerns; manage expenses.
• Direct supervision of units or personnel, including hiring, training, and performance feedback.
