Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking experience with leadership, customer service, and strong communication skills.
• Intricate knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Comfort with current technology and good organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales and service goals and SSQ standards.
• Develop and manage a detailed business plan with team sales and service goals.
• Expand and retain client relationships; cross-sell and resolve issues.
• Support segmentation strategy with existing clients and bank initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of assets, liabilities, and partner products; use available sales tools.
• Coach and develop team; provide performance feedback and growth opportunities.
• Ensure audits are completed on time and branch operations comply with policies.
• Schedule branch staff to meet customer service needs and optimize coverage.
• Drive high performance and employee engagement.
