You will deepen relationships through platform services and support self-service or transactional activities. Role requires outbound outreach, consistent follow-up, and delivering exceptional client care while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
• In lieu of one year of sales experience, has previously held certain Bank of America roles for at least six months
• Strong work ethic with results orientation and client-focused mindset
• Collaborates effectively to build relationships and deliver client value
• Confident in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to engage clients in person and by phone
• Learns new information and adapts to changing technology and processes
• Maintains strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Notary commission or ability to obtain one within a short timeframe
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions.
• Educate and train clients on self-service transactions.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and ensure operational excellence.
• Adhere to processes, laws, and guidelines for day-to-day activities like account openings and maintenance.
