Responsibilities

• Assists, educates, and trains clients on self-service transactions.
• Leverages resources to optimize client experience and ensure operational excellence.
• Adheres to processes, laws, and guidelines for day-to-day activities (opening accounts, maintenance, Digital Assisted Shopping).
