Job summary

Bank of America seeks a client-focused professional to serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients. You will uncover personal banking needs, offer solutions, and connect clients with specialists. The role requires proactive outbound follow-up and weekend/extended hours as needed across CA financial centers.

You will support self-service transactions, deepen relationships, and maintain compliance with banking regulations while delivering exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement is High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desirable degrees include Associate or Bachelor in business/finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partners with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions and guide clients to the right banking services.
• Educates and trains clients on simple transactions through self-service tools.
• Leverages resources and processes to optimize client experience and ensure accuracy.
• Follows established processes and regulatory guidelines for opening accounts and maintenance.
• Manages client interactions and determines best actions for the bank and clients while complying with regulations.
