Job summary

Bank of America is hiring a Frontline Client Advisor to serve as the first contact for financial center clients, uncover personal banking needs, and connect clients to specialists. You will deepen relationships through platform services, support self-service or transactional activities, and perform follow-up with clients to ensure outstanding service.

Role requires strong sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment; or six months in Bank of America RM/ADP RM/CSA I/RMBOS roles at Bank of America
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results focus
• Collaborates effectively to get things done and build relationships
• Displays passion, commitment and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
• Confident in identifying solutions for helping new and existing clients based on their needs
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Able to communicate effectively with all clients (in-person and by phone)
• Learns and adapts to new information and technology platforms; handles ambiguity
• Applies critical thinking and problem-solving to client needs
• Manages time well and prioritizes multiple tasks
• Notary commission in-state within a few months (where applicable)
• Flexible to work weekends and extended hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Partners with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions when uncovering personal banking needs and guiding clients through their life priorities
• Educates and trains clients on conducting simple transactions via self-service technologies
• Leverages resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy
• Adheres to established processes, laws, and guidelines when opening accounts, maintaining accounts, and using Digital Assisted Shopping
• Manages client interactions by selecting best actions for the bank and clients while complying with regulatory requirements
