Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience - Understand customer needs, offer appropriate products/services, develop new business, and support the branch team to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Operational Excellence - Ensure work quality and accuracy, demonstrate technical knowledge, support operational tasks, comply with policies, and stay informed of communications.
3. Teamwork - Collaborate actively, support policies and initiatives, and foster a positive work environment.
4. Credibility - Manage tasks and priorities effectively, communicate professionally, and support strategic goals. May perform functions of higher roles in their absence.
5. Decision Making - Make consistent, aligned decisions, recognize and prevent fraud, and recommend solutions.
6. Miscellaneous - Assist in branch maintenance and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred

Work Experience

• At least 2 years of banking or customer service experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic math skills
• Customer service, sales, organizational, communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Intermediate technology skills, including Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work extended and weekend hours
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift 25 pounds

Licenses and Certifications

• Notary Public within 6 months of hire
