ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Achieve Store Goals: Participate in sales programs on the Teller line and Platform, utilizing the sales process to identify customer needs and referring leads to other business units such as SFIS, SFBI, Mortgages, and HELOC. Track sales activity and goals, address customer questions, and demonstrate alternative delivery options.
2. Ensure Service Quality: Proficient with mobile devices and applications, desktop applications like MS Office, and internet searches. Service customer needs, open/close accounts, including Consumer Loans and Business Services.
3. Ensure Operational Integrity: Follow procedures for security, audits, check cashing, regulations, and policies. Supervise staff in the absence of the store manager. Process transactions, manage cash control, ATM, and branch settlement, and handle store opening/closing.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Relevant retail sales experience, demonstrated results, self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills are required. Previous supervisory or management experience is highly desirable. 2-3 years of retail banking experience preferred but not mandatory.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, use hands, and reach. Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or taste/smell. May need to lift/move up to 10 pounds.
