Bank of America is seeking a client-focused associate to greet financial center clients, uncover personal banking needs, and connect clients with the right specialists. You will support self-service transactions, deliver exceptional service, and drive relationships through platform services.

You will engage clients in person and by phone, learn new banking tools, and comply with regulatory requirements while working in an in-office environment across Jacksonville centers.

Formación

• Minimum education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to engage clients in person and by phone.
• Ability to learn new information, adapt to changes, and handle ambiguity.
• Willingness to obtain a notary commission within a few months of start date (in-state requirements).
• Must be able to work weekends and extended hours across multiple financial center locations.
