Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
• Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships
• Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients' financial lives
• Confident in identifying solutions for helping new and existing clients based on their needs
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Can communicate effectively with all clients (in-person and by phone)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity
• Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates effective time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks
• Notary commission within a few months of start date (state-dependent)
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours at multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Partners with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions and strategies
• Assists, educates, and trains clients on simple self-service transactions
• Leverages resources and processes to optimize client experience and accuracy
• Adheres to processes, laws, and guidelines for opening accounts and maintenance
• Manages client interactions and regulatory compliance
