Lateral Link is seeking a senior bank regulatory associate for a Washington, DC role. You will advise domestic and foreign banking organizations and their holding companies on the full prudential framework, with direct regulator contact and a senior-level client-facing position.

The work covers capital, liquidity, governance, and risk management, including Examinations and enforcement before Fed, OCC, FDIC, and state regulators. Strong drafting and leadership skills are essential to excel.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years advising banks and bank holding companies on prudential regulatory matters.
• Working knowledge of the supervisory process beyond the rulebook.
• Strong drafting and client-management skills at a senior level.
• DC bar admission or eligibility for prompt admission.

• Advise bank holding companies and banks on prudential regulatory matters across capital, liquidity, governance, and risk management.
• Assist with regulatory applications, notices, and bank M&A; interact with regulators and clients.
• Provide guidance on Volcker Rule, CRA, affiliate transactions, and supervisory findings.
