Sullivan & Cromwell is seeking second-year through fifth-year associates to join the Firm's Financial Services Group in our New York or Washington, D.C. offices.

Candidates should have at least 18 months prior experience at a major law firm with experience working with financial services firms on regulatory, capital markets and/or M&A matters.

Our group emphasizes hands-on experience, mentorship and broad exposure across regulatory, M&A, capital markets, digital assets and fintech practices.
