You will work on sophisticated cross-border regulatory matters alongside experienced practitioners, with the opportunity to contribute to business development and client counseling.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 3–6 years of experience in international regulatory, international trade, economic sanctions, export controls, customs, or related practice areas.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional communication and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of international regulatory and compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to international trade, sanctions, export controls, and other cross-border regulatory issues.
• Draft memoranda, client alerts, regulatory submissions, and other transactional and advisory documents.
• Support client counseling on complex regulatory developments and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on sophisticated domestic and international matters.
• Participate in business development initiatives and client-facing activities as appropriate.
