Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Bancassurance Frontline Sales professional to manage partnerships between Bharti Life Insurance and Axis Bank branches. The role focuses on selling insurance products, training bank staff, and achieving sales targets.

Ideal candidates are 25–30 years old with a minimum of 2 years in sales and strong English and regional language communication. Prior BFSI exposure is preferred, with mobility to cover assigned branches.

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication skills – English & regional language (mandatory)
• Age group: 25-30 years
• Min 2 years of Sales experience
• Preferably has own conveyance
• Previous experience of BFSI industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank staff and key decision makers.
• Drive sales growth by managing leads from bank branches and converting them into quality business.
• Engage with HNI clients for one-on-one selling and close sales.
• Promote the brand and increase life insurance share of wallet for the partner bank.
• Train Bank staff on life insurance concepts and new product introductions to enable selling.
• Ensure timely customer connect and coordinate with operations to maintain compliance.
