Qualifications

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills – English & regional language (mandatory).
• Age 25-30; min 2 years sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with bank staff and decision makers.
• Drive sales by managing leads from bank branches and meeting targets.
• Provide training on life insurance products to bank staff.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and renewals.
• Promote brand and increase wallet share in partner bank's insurance business.
• Ensure compliance and submit reports via company tools.
