Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a senior-level analyst to contribute to the Net Interest Income (NII) forecasting function within the Balance Sheet Forecasting and Analytics team. You will model all balance sheet items, collaborate with risk partners and product leaders, and help transform the forecasting infrastructure for better balance sheet optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree or CFA preferred.
• 3+ years relevant experience in ALM, fixed income analytics, capital markets, market risk or treasury-related functions.
• Strong knowledge of Net Interest Revenue (NIR) forecasting.
• Expertise with Polypaths ALM, QRM, or other NIR forecasting software.
• Experience with CCAR reporting and control.
• Experience with Python, Sequel (SQL).
• Ability to create innovative analyses to drive strategy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to NII forecasting and balance sheet projection within the ALM NII forecasting team.
• Collaborate with ALM Strategy Modeling, Analytics, and Automation teams to implement next-generation forecasting infrastructure.
• Model balance sheet items and suggest improvements; partner with risk, product, and other partners to manage risk across Schwab entities.
