Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise-wide balance sheet forecasting and planning. You will partner with Treasury and business leaders to shape balance sheet, pricing, and origination strategies that boost earnings and efficiency while aligning with risk appetite.

Lead critical forecasting discussions with Quantitative Finance and executive teams. This role offers strategic influence, strong stakeholder engagement, and opportunities to shape financial policy and performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
15 or more years of relevant financial management experience.
Eight or more years of management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide loan and deposit forecasting and balance sheet planning.
Partner with Treasury and business leaders to develop balance sheet, pricing, and origination strategies.
Provide senior management with insights on balance sheet positioning, earnings opportunities, and risk-return trade-offs.
Opine on forecasting methodologies, model performance, and analytical capabilities with Quantitative Finance.
