Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations, reliability programs, and process optimization across multiple bakery facilities with sheeting and dividing lines in Springdale, OH.

This hands-on, multi-site leadership role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, driving continuous improvement, ensuring safety and compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver quality and productivity gains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive maintenance leadership in bakery or food manufacturing.
• Hands-on technical expertise with bakery processing equipment (sheeters, dividers, mixers, proofers, conveyors).
• Strong knowledge of safety, GMP, SQF, and environmental compliance.
• Proven experience with continuous improvement programs and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across multiple bakery facilities and ensure uptime.
• Lead, train, and develop maintenance teams; manage scheduling and work orders.
• Develop and monitor preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure equipment safety and efficiency for sheeters, dividers, mixers, and ovens.
• Analyze downtime and reliability metrics; improve MTBF/MTTR.
• Manage CMMS use and maintain accurate maintenance records.
