Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations, reliability programs, and process optimization across multiple bakery facilities.

You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance, manage CMMS, lead CI initiatives with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen, and collaborate with production, engineering, and QA to ensure

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in bakery or food manufacturing, multi-site preferred.
• Hands-on technical expertise with bakery processing equipment (sheeters, dividers, mixers, proofers, conveyors).
• Strong knowledge of equipment reliability, preventive/predictive maintenance, and OSHA/safety standards.
• Proven experience implementing and sustaining CI programs and improving OEE.
• Ability to travel regularly between sites.

Responsibilities

• Overssee maintenance operations across multiple bakery facilities.
• Lead, train, and develop maintenance teams for scheduling and troubleshooting.
• Develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment (sheeters, dividers, mixers, ovens).
• Manage CMMS and maintain maintenance records; report metrics (OEE, downtime).
