Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Senior Bakery Specialist to lead daily bakery operations, supervise a team of bakery specialists, and ensure top quality and efficiency in production and service.

You will manage inventory, schedule staff, train team members, coordinate sourcing with Sysco, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded bakery team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in bakery or food production
• 1+ year in supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Slack and scheduling software
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems (Sysco, Google Sheets)
• Able to work either morning or night shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of bakery specialists to meet performance and quality standards
• Handle Sysco orders and maintain inventory levels
• Create and manage work schedules for bakery specialists
• Ensure products meet Crumbl’s quality standards
• Assist with bakery operations including baking, decorating, and packaging
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per health and safety regulations
