Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a Senior Bakery Specialist to oversee bakery operations, lead a team of bakery specialists, and manage inventory and orders to maintain Crumbl’s high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will oversee scheduling, training, and daily activities on-site to ensure consistent, efficient production.

The role requires at least 3 years in bakery settings with a minimum of 1 year in supervision, plus strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a bakery or similar food production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Slack and scheduling software.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems, preferably Sysco, and Google Sheets.
• Availability: Must be available for either morning or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of bakery specialists, ensuring performance and quality standards.
• Handle Sysco orders and maintain inventory levels to ensure supplies are available.
• Create and manage work schedules for bakery specialists to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Ensure all products meet Crumbl’s high standards of quality and consistency.
• Assist with bakery operations as needed, including baking, decorating, and packaging.
• Provide training and development opportunities for bakery specialists to enhance skills and performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
