Sodexo at Marquette University Bakery in Milwaukee is seeking a Senior Baker to oversee daily production of baked goods and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coordinate production, support costing and ordering, and ensure accurate portion control within budget guidelines.

This role requires reliability, teamwork, and a focus on food safety. We offer a full-time schedule (mornings), competitive hourly pay ($19.00–$22.00), and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related bakery experience.
• Ability to supervise daily bakery production.
• Strong teamwork and customer service focus.
