Sodexo in Orono, ME is seeking a Senior Baker to join our bakery team. You will prepare and create delicious baked goods while keeping customer service as the core focus.

This full-time position requires teamwork, reliability, and adaptability to meet daily production goals. You will manage production schedules, assist with costings, and ensure inventory control, all while upholding safety and quality standards.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $26.00 per hour - $26.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Baker at Sodexo, you are also a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create delicious baked goods while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and/or supervise daily production of baked goods; participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items/ products/ menu
• Insure portion and inventory control
• Produce pastry/ dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines as directed.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
