Job summary

Ably is seeking an engineering leader to run the back office platform that handles every customer's packages, entitlements, limits, and billing, used daily by Finance, Customer Success, and Support. You will own problems end-to-end—from design to delivery—with stakeholders across Finance, CS, Support, and Engineering to challenge requirements and shape architecture.

You'll champion AI-assisted development using LLMs and AI tools for planning, code, and docs while ensuring correctness,

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise back-office systems.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance, CS, Support and Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and architecture-shaping skills.

Responsibilities
