Responsibilities

• Supervise/facilitate engineers for process control, yield, process development, and meeting targets.
• Supervise/facilitate engineers for technical problem-solving.
• Provide general technical leadership.
• Set priorities and guide engineering activities in alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Operation, Equipment Engineering, Process Integration, Design, Supply Chain to achieve objectives.
• Assess competence and evaluate performance of engineers; mentor for development.
• Promote and facilitate cooperative teamwork.
• Represent the team in internal/external communication.
