Zebra is seeking a Backend Java Developer to design, build and maintain microservices in a hybrid work model at our Lincolnshire, IL office. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable software that supports innovative hardware solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelors or higher in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's, or 5+ with Advanced Degree.
Experience in Java and developing microservices with Spring Boot.
Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins and GKE.
Proficiency with PostgreSQL and development methodologies like SCM and build automation.

Responsibilities

Architect and design software for highly complex systems.
