Vantor Inc. seeks an experienced Back-End Software Engineer to design, develop, and sustain a large-scale data analytics platform for a U.S. Government customer.

You will build scalable server-side applications, services, and APIs, focusing on secure, high-performance processing across distributed systems. You will join an Agile team, collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders, and contribute through the full software lifecycle using modern backend tech and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance (CI poly desirable).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field with 8+ years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable server-side applications and microservices.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and service interfaces for data platforms and external systems.
• Build components to support data ingestion, processing, querying, and analytics across distributed environments.
• Optimize performance, ensure security, and implement proper authentication/authorization.
