Job summary

Offchain is building a high-security, scalable backend platform for decentralized wallets. You will own non-custodial signing infrastructure, key-management, and cryptographic recovery, on a small, high-ownership team.

You will work on Go services, integrate with passkeys, WebAuthn, OAuth, and third-party signing providers, while maintaining rigorous security reviews and production-grade operations.

Qualifications

• Shipped and operated production services in Go.
• Security-first by default with threat modeling mindset.
• Experience with distributed systems and clean API design.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, observability, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Go backend services that broker wallet creation, authentication, and signing at scale.
• Implement key recovery and the committee trust model with distributed key gen and secret sharing.
• Integrate authentication providers (WebAuthn, OAuth, OTP) and third-party signing.
• Collaborate with security auditors and maintain design docs and decision records.
• Operate production systems on Kubernetes with observability and incident response.
