Job summary

Nord Security is seeking a skilled backend engineer to design and develop microservices for our identity protection platform. You will tackle security‑critical systems handling personal data and collaborate across product and design to deliver reliable APIs.

You should be proficient with Go, REST and gRPC, and comfortable with Kubernetes, MySQL, Redis, and Docker. You’ll apply domain-driven design and event-driven patterns to build scalable services that power our cybersecurity tools.

Qualifications

• Strong backend experience with Go and microservices.
• Experience with REST/gRPC APIs and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design and event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices for identity theft protection users with strong security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate microservices across Nord Security products.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to team best practices.
• Shape the team's long-term vision and goals.
• Engage in R&D to adopt cutting-edge technologies.
• Facilitate communication among engineers, product and design teams.
• Participate in discussions and drive redesigns for shared success.
