Job summary

As a senior contributor, you will mentor peers, own architectural decisions, and shape the long-term strategy for secure, reliable platforms used across the product and security organizations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Designed and scaled production services with SOA.
• Writes high quality, well tested code.
• Passion for open financial systems and security.
• Strong system design and coding skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop platform for security platform engineering org.
• Provide technical structure and define strategic roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Build new services using Golang / Java to meet product needs.
• Design scalable cloud-based systems with best practices.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and delivery with expertise.
• Mentor teammates on design techniques and coding standards.
• Articulate long-term vision for backend systems and teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and leadership to create quarterly roadmaps.
• Write high quality, tested code and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Review designs for cross-cutting projects and ensure architectural clarity.
