Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a science, programming or engineering field.
• 5+ years building scalable consumer-facing apps (e-commerce preferred).
• Experience designing fault-tolerant, high-performance distributed systems.
• AWS experience; containerized deployments (Docker).
• Automated testing experience (JUnit, Mockito, JMeter/Gatling).
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, deploy, maintain, and monitor backend services for scalability and reliability.
• Evaluate tools, technologies, frameworks, and vendors for platform evolution.
• Write performant, secure code; review peers and ensure maintainability.
