Job summary

Tilt is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to join Cashalo, building and scaling core technology for millions of users. You’ll own backend features in .NET/C#, work with Azure, and contribute to reliability and observability on a global scale.

You’ll collaborate with APAC and global teams, balancing product and business needs with a focus on quality, autonomy, and impact. This is a 100% remote role with occasional travel 2–4 times per year.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in .NET (C#) building production-grade backend systems.
• Strong SQL Server data modeling and query optimization skills.
• Experience on public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Solid REST API design and consumption fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs powering Lending products.
• Own features end-to-end from requirements to deployment with product stakeholders.
• Improve platform reliability, observability, and Azure deployment practices.
• Mentor peers through code reviews and uphold high-quality standards.
