Job summary

Tilt seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead Cashalo's backend and mobile teams in a fully remote role based in Australia, Singapore, or the Philippines, with travel to the Philippines about quarterly. You’ll act as advisor to the Cashalo GM and own cross-market, high-impact initiatives.

You will drive performance in an 11–12 person team, bring proven engineering and product patterns from other Tilt markets, and apply AI-enabled approaches in daily workflows while collaborating with Staff+

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading senior engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cashalo engineering team (11-12 people) and partner with the local GM.
• Own ambiguous, multi-stakeholder problems and drive to resolution.
• Bring patterns from other Tilt markets while respecting regional needs.
• Travel to the Philippines roughly once a quarter.
