Job summary

Horizon3 in the United States is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to own the security controls integration platform, develop per-vendor normalizers, and build live API pipelines that scale across complex environments.

You will design internal schemas, manage versioning and health monitoring, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with frontend, product, and operations teams in a fast-paced Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 7+ years professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expert proficiency in SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and build dedicated normalizers per EDR vendor.
• Develop core product features in ETL and GraphQL.
• Design and implement backend APIs in GraphQL.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines for data processing.
• Collaborate with frontend team to present data clearly.
